Head of Research
I joined as interim head of research, working directly under the CTO. The job was to build an internal research team to support the development effort and to help bring AI into the way the whole organisation works. The key project was Agent Test Studio, which extends AutomatePro's automated-testing product so that it can test AI agents running inside ServiceNow.

Agent Test Studio
Led the project to test AI agents inside ServiceNow: their conversations, their answers and the actions they take on the platform.
Agents judging agents
An agent's replies are non-deterministic, so they can't be compared with a fixed expected output. Other AI agents read each reply and judge whether it is right, combining text processing with judgement.
Checking the actions
Alongside the replies, each test checks automatically, inside the platform, that the actions the agent was asked to carry out have actually been completed.
